These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern services provided by Jade’s Deep Cleaning & Detailing, LLC (“Jade’s,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and use of our website.

By purchasing or expressly accepting services, customers agree to the applicable estimate, service scope and these Terms to the extent presented and accepted as part of the transaction.

Services

Jade’s provides residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, commercial cleaning, organization, floor care, junk/trash removal and other agreed services.

Availability varies by location, property condition and requested service.

Submission of an online quote request does not by itself guarantee acceptance or scheduling of a job.

Quotes & Estimates

Quotes and estimates are based on the information reasonably available when prepared.

The customer is responsible for providing materially accurate information about the property and requested service.

If the actual property condition, size or required scope materially differs from what was represented, Jade’s may propose an adjustment before additional work is performed.

Scope of Work

The customer's approved estimate, service description, written communications and authorized modifications collectively establish the applicable scope of work.

Services outside the agreed scope may require additional authorization and charges.

Payment

Payment is due according to the terms displayed on the applicable invoice, estimate or service agreement.

Customers authorize charges only to the extent expressly approved through the applicable transaction.

Applicable fees and surcharges will be disclosed before they are imposed where required. Georgia consumer enforcement has specifically emphasized clear disclosure of material service fees, surcharges and limitations.

Deposits

Certain projects may require a deposit or advance payment to reserve labor or appointment time.

When a deposit is required, its amount and applicable cancellation/refund treatment will be disclosed before payment.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates a consumer cancellation or refund right that cannot legally be waived.

Cancellations

The cancellation terms presented with the customer's service apply.

Certain transactions may carry cancellation rights under state or federal law. For example, Georgia explains that certain written consumer-service contracts of $25 or more entered into away from the merchant's regular place of business can carry a three-business-day cancellation right and specific notice requirements.

Where applicable law provides greater rights than these Terms, applicable law controls.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information reasonably necessary to quote and perform services.

Provide authorized and reasonably safe property access.

Identify known hazards or specialty surfaces.

Secure particularly valuable, fragile or sensitive belongings.

Secure pets when reasonably necessary.

Avoid interfering with cleaning activities in a manner that creates an unsafe condition.

Pay authorized charges when due.

Right to Refuse or Stop Service

Jade’s may refuse, postpone or stop work where conditions reasonably present a health or safety concern, the requested service falls outside our agreed scope, required access is unavailable, the customer requests unlawful activity, or continued service would otherwise be inappropriate.

Any payment adjustment will be determined according to the circumstances, work already performed and applicable law.

Customer Property

Our personnel are expected to exercise reasonable care while performing services.

Customers should promptly report alleged property damage or loss so that the matter can be documented and reviewed.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to disclaim responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Results

Cleaning results depend on factors including material type, age, prior damage, staining, wear, property condition and previous treatments.

We do not promise that every stain, discoloration, odor, mark or pre-existing condition can be completely removed.

Third-Party Services

Our website or business systems may use third-party providers for payment processing, scheduling, communications, website hosting and other operational functions.

Those providers may maintain separate terms and privacy practices applicable to their services.

Website Content

Website content is provided for general informational purposes.

Photographs, service descriptions and examples illustrate services but do not guarantee identical results for every property.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Jade’s branding, original website copy, logos, graphics, photographs owned by Jade’s and other original business materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without authorization.

Electronic Communications

Customers may receive transactional communications relating to quote requests, appointments, invoices, payments and existing services.

Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable law and customer communication preferences.

Federal CAN-SPAM requirements apply to commercial email and require, among other things, truthful sender/subject information, a valid postal address and an effective opt-out mechanism.

Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Georgia, without eliminating any consumer rights that applicable law requires.

Changes

Jade’s may update these website Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date identifies the version displayed on this page.

Changes will not retroactively alter an already agreed transaction where doing so would be prohibited by law.
